Our
Mission
The Realty Department oversees, all Tribal lands within our Santa Clara Pueblo Reservation Boundaries. Our mission is to record, maintain, negotiate and certify land assignments, land assignment transfers, leases, Signboard permits, permits to enter tribal lands, water use permits, service line agreements, Right-of-Ways, surveys, trespasses, plats, subdivisions and other SCP land related issues, with help and approval from our Governor and Tribal Council. We also use GIS/GPS to create maps, and overlay other maps and shapefiles to determine land assignments, trespass issues, and other realty issues.
